A great podcast, particularly if you used to using Indian spices, they are all familiar terms to me, but I often cook this style of food. It was really interesting to hear more on the fermented foods, something new to try, always good. Highly recommended.

A great podcast, rather peculiar that the previous person commenting they have not heard of the herbs or spices mentioned.
