Thanks for answering my last question. I’ve just bought dill for a recipe, how do I keep the remainder fresh.

Hi, thanks for your question. You can wrap the dill in slightly damp kitchen roll and store in the fridge until needed (to keep it even fresher, place the rolled up herbs inside a resealable plastic bag or airtight container). We hope this helps.

How do you store fresh rosemary and thyme.

Hi, thanks for your question. Keep in the fridge in a tightly closed container or plastic bag. Fresh rosemary or thyme will keep for several weeks.. We hope this helps. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.

I chop them ready to use and freeze them in little bags. That way I can use them straight from the freezer for months and they don’t lose flavour!
