How to print a recipe

Internet Explorer:
A dialogue box will pop up on your screen, alerting you that a PDF file has been downloaded to your computer. It will give you the option to save the file or open it. To print, select open file. A printable version in a PDF format will open. Use your browser tools to print.

Note: you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer to open this file. If you don't have it, you can download the Adobe Reader for free here.

Chrome:
The downloaded printable file can be found in the browser's bottom bar. Open the file.

If using a Mac, the file will open in Preview. The file will also be available from your computer's Downloads folder (or from the location where you have chosen your downloaded files to go).

If using Chrome in a Windows PC or laptop, the file will open in a new browser window.

Safari (desktop or laptop):
You will be able to find the printable version of the recipe in the downloads area of your browser, located in the top right corner of your browser window, as seen in the picture below.

You can also find the PDF file in your downloaded files folder.

Firefox:
A dialogue box will pop up alerting you that a file has been downloaded to your computer. It will give you the option to save the file or open it. To print, select open file. A printable version in a PDF format will open. Use your browser tools to print.

The file will also be available from Firefox's downloaded files area, on the top right corner of your browser window, as seen in the picture below.

Alternatively, you can find the printable version file in your Downloaded files folder.

Touch devices - iPad and Android tablets
When tapping the print button, a printable version of the recipe will open in your browser window. From there you will be able to save to your device or send it to your printer.

Please note that if after tapping the print button the printable version does not show up straight away, you should tap the print button again. This time the printable version should load in your browser.

What if I don't want to download a PDF reader?
You can print the recipe by using your browser print tools, without using the recipe's print button.

Why did you decide to introduce a printable version of the recipe?
We decided to introduce a printable version of the recipe in the form of a PDF file so that every person who wishes to print the recipe will have a streamlined version of the recipe page. The printable version will also display in the same way across all browsers and devices.
