Is it better to do the breadcrumb stage in a food processor so there's no heat from your hands affecting the fat - I have very warm hands!

Thank you for your question. Yes you can use a food processor if you prefer for the bread crumb stage. Warm hands aren't as big a worry with scones as they are with pastry so they should work absolutely fine either way. You can always run cold water over your hands before starting to cool them a…
