You will need:
Scissors
Green card (3 pieces)
Dried cranberries
Glue
Food colouring of your choice (optional)
Desiccated coconut (1-2 tbsp)
Step 1: Cutting and Decorating Tree Shapes
Using the template and a pair of scissors, cut out the tree shape three times from green card. Score a line down the centre of each tree shape, being careful not to go through the card. Decorate the unscored side with dried cranberries, gluing them on so they look like baubles.
Step 2: Adding Coconut Tinsel
Add a few drops of food colouring to the desiccated coconut, if you like, and mix to coat (or keep it white). Pipe lines of glue across the tree shape, then gently press on the coconut to create tinsel. Leave to dry.
Step 3: Assembling the 3D Tree
Carefully bend each shape along the scored lines, then glue these sides to one another to make a 3D tree. Leave to dry completely, using pegs to hold the pieces in place.
