Born in Lithuania, chef Tomas Lidakevicius is the accomplished head chef at Turnips restaurant in London. He trained as a chef and bartender at Klaipeda Tourism School and served as senior sous chef at Corinthia Hotels, head chef of Peninsula restaurant at InterContinental O2, and City Social executive chef.
