Rinku Dutt

Chef and author Rinku Dutt is the co-founder of Raastawala in South East London, a Kolkata-inspired street food business. Her first cookbook, Kolkata: Recipes from the Heart of Bengal, was published in 2022. Rinku is British-Bengali and she regularly travels back to Kolkata, where her grandfather owned one of the most popular restaurants in the city. She has collaborated with Asma Khan (Darjeeling Express) on a supper club, has produced an award-winning chutney, filmed travel blogs on Kolkata and has written recipes for several Leon cookbooks.
