Karam Sethi

Chef Karam Sethi is co-founder of the JKS Restaurants group, which counts the likes of Gymkhana and Brigadiers among its outposts. Raised in north London, Karam has Indian heritage and cooked at The Sheraton Hotel in New Delhi before returning to the UK to open his first restaurant, Trishna, which is still part of the group today.
