Alissa Timoshkina
Originally from Russia, Alissa has lived in the UK since the late 1990s. In 2014 after leaving a career in the arts sector, Alissa launched KinoVino which rapidly gained recognition as one of the most original projects redefining London’s food scene. Since its launch Alissa has developed a bespoke event branch, hosted supper clubs and released a debut cookbook Salt and Time in 2019. Alissa's recipes are featured in The Guardian, Red Magazine, Olive Magazine, The Independent and House & Garden amongst other leading UK publications.
