Espresso martini

Show your partner you’re the perfect blend by mixing up this classic cocktail with a little help from the Philips 5400 series bean to cup coffee machine.
Ingredients
• 1 shot of espresso
• 50ml vodka
• 20ml coffee liqueur
• 10ml vanilla syrup
• pinch of salt
• ice, crushed
• 3 coffee beans, to serve
Method
1. Start by preparing the espresso shot, using your Philips bean to cup espresso machine.
2. Using a cocktail shaker, combine the espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and vanilla syrup, then add a pinch of salt and the crushed ice.
3. Shake for 10-15 secs, then strain and serve in a chilled martini glass topped with coffee beans.
Marshmallow cappuccino
SERVE 1 | PREP 5 mins | NO COOK Easy
Ingredients
• 3 dark chocolate squares
• 1 tsp cane sugar
• 1 shot of espresso
• 120ml milk
• 6 mini marshmallows
Method
1. Add the dark chocolate and sugar to a glass.
2. Using your Philips bean to cup coffee machine, prepare the espresso shot and steam the milk using a classic milk frother.
3. Decorate with marshmallows and enjoy.
