Ingredients

  • 284ml carton double cream
  • 1/2 tub mascapone
  • 1 tbsp whisky
  • 2 tsp icing sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Whip cream & icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  • STEP 2
    Then quickly fold in the brandy.
  • STEP 3
    Gently fold in mascapone.
  • STEP 4
    Serve alongside a dessert of your choice.
