Ingredients
- 500g Carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 medium potatoe peeled and chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- 1.5L water
- 1 tbsp dried coriander
- pinch of chilli flakes
Method
- STEP 1Add 1.5l of boiling water in a pan and add the vegetable stock cubes, corriander and onion
- STEP 2Peel the carrots and potoes and chop them add this to the pan of water
- STEP 3Add a pinch of chili flakes to the pan
- STEP 4Boil for 20 mins and then let it cool down
- STEP 5Pour the ingredients in to a liquidiser. Season with salt and pepper
