Ingredients

  • 500g Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium potatoe peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 1.5L water
  • 1 tbsp dried coriander
  • pinch of chilli flakes

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add 1.5l of boiling water in a pan and add the vegetable stock cubes, corriander and onion
  • STEP 2
    Peel the carrots and potoes and chop them add this to the pan of water
  • STEP 3
    Add a pinch of chili flakes to the pan
  • STEP 4
    Boil for 20 mins and then let it cool down
  • STEP 5
    Pour the ingredients in to a liquidiser. Season with salt and pepper
