  • 400g strong white flour
  • 100g semolina flour
  • 7g pack yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbl olive oil
  • 300ml water

    Method

    • step 1

      Add dry ingredients to bread maker followed by the water. knead in the maker for 45 mins.
    • step 2

      Divide into four and roll out. leave for 10 minutes then top and cook at 250C for 5-7 mins
