Ingredients
- 400g strong white flour
- 100g semolina flour
- 7g pack yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbl olive oil
- 300ml water
Method
- STEP 1Add dry ingredients to bread maker followed by the water. knead in the maker for 45 mins.
- STEP 2Divide into four and roll out. leave for 10 minutes then top and cook at 250C for 5-7 mins
