- Sausage Meat
- Puff Pastry
- An egg
Method
- STEP 1Roll out the pastry to about 2cm thick
- STEP 2Squeeze the sausage meat onto the middle of the pastry
- STEP 3Roll the pastry over the sausage meat and press firmly at the edges to seal.
- STEP 4Egg brush the folded pastry
- STEP 5Slice the long sausage roll into equal pieces
- STEP 6With scissors, cut little Christmas Trees into the top of the pastry
- STEP 7Put the sausage rolls in the oven to cook
- STEP 8Remove them when the pastry is golden/light brown
