Meringue candy canes
Decorate your Christmas tree with these colourful peppermint-flavoured meringue candy canes. They also make a lovely gift during the festive period
Write your guests’ names on the cards, then use a hole punch or scissors to punch a hole in one side of the cards. Thread the name cards onto pieces of string or ribbon.
Bend the rosemary stalks into circles, then use more string or ribbon to secure them and make wreaths. Arrange the name tags on top of the wreaths so they’re visible, then tie to the stalks, securing in a bow. Set out on your dining table up to 2 hrs before serving the meal.
