- 3 ripe Hass avocados
- 1 plum tomatofinely chopped
- ½ small onionfinely chopped
- 20g corianderchopped
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 -1 lime
- tortilla chipsto serve (gluten-free, if needed)

Method
step 1
Halve the avocados, then remove their stones, setting one aside. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
step 2
Mash the avocados using a potato masher, leaving some chunks to add texture. Stir through the chopped tomato, onion and coriander, and season to taste with plenty of salt and black pepper. Stir in the oil and lime juice, to taste. Mix well and serve immediately with tortilla chips for scooping it up.
