Suki Pantal grew up in Delhi and moved to the UK aged 36. She is the owner of Suki's Curries and Spices (sukipantal.com), where you’ll find a treasure trove of home-cooked Indian food recipes and tips.
In 2022, Suki appeared on Channel 4’s The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver. She does private group cook-alongs via Zoom, speaks on traditional Indian cooking at various forums and can be seen in cookery theatres at Food Festivals across the UK.
