Safiya Benmeriem is a copywriter and digital assistant. She has a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Greenwich in London and was previously digital assistant at BBC Good Food. She has written about a variety of topics encompassing food, family and lifestyle. She has a big passion for baking, particularly patisserie, breads and classic bakes including sponges, loaf cakes and a range of cookies and biscuits.
