Katy Truss is an expert in artisan and speciality food, freelance food writer, judge, reviewer and owner of Fabulous Food Finds. Growing up, she worked in her family's pubs and restaurants, and now uses her knowledge of the industry working for the BBC Good Food Shows. Now freelance, she curates an exciting area of small, independent producers at the Shows, where she has also interviewed top chefs and experts live on stage. Katy left London to return to a seaside life in Norfolk with her young children. She is a keen home cook who loves eating out, cookery programmes and cookbooks, and visits lots of food markets and festivals.
