Emily is a registered nutritionist and food writer. A mum of two, she's a regular contributor to BBC Good Food’s family and kids content as well as writing health features. She cooks fresh, simple meals for, and often with, her children, sharing the recipes @nutritiousfamilyfood. As an Ambassador for Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, she taught cookery to primary school children and has developed recipes for baby and child nutritionist, Charlotte Stirling-Reed. Before having children, she wrote a column for olive magazine and reviewed restaurants and hotels for Time Out, the Good Food Guide and Mr & Mrs Smith.
