1 Heat oven to 160C/140C fan/gas 3. Add the
Alpro Oat Original, spinach, flour and baking powder to a blender, crack in the egg and
season. Sprinkle over a little nutmeg and whizz up into a smooth batter.
2 Add the oil to the pan, pour in 3 tbsp of batter, cook for
about 1 min until the pancake begins to bubble. Flip and cook on the other side. Keep warm in the oven
while you cook the remaining pancakes.
3 If you like, you can serve with a spoonful of
Alpro Simply Plain, cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of toasted pumpkin seeds.
