Coconut porridge With Alpro Plain with Coconut

With Alpro Coconut Original drink and Alpro Plain with Coconut Big Pot plant-based alternative to yogurt, you’ll bring a taste of the tropics to your porridge bowl

  • 100g porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 200ml water
  • 300ml Alpro Coconut Original drink
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry powder
  • 2 tbsp Alpro Plain with Coconut Big Pot plant-based alternative to yogurt
  • drizzle of honey
  • sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp cashew butter, to serve
  • sesame seeds, to serve
  • fresh berries, to serve
    METHOD
  • 1 In a small saucepan, combine the oats, coconut, water, Alpro Coconut Original drink and raspberry powder. Heat, stirring all the time until the porridge is thick and creamy. Stir through the Alpro Plain with Coconut Big Pot, then drizzle over some honey and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. You can also serve topped with a little cashew butter, sesame seeds and some fresh fruit, if you like.
