Cherry & almond smoothie bowl With Alpro Soya Original drink

If you tend to skip breakfast, try this quick and tasty smoothie bowl for a change. Made with creamy, plant-protein-rich Alpro Soya Original drink and fresh fruit

Serves 1 | Prep 5 mins | No cook
  • 1/2 small banana, sliced
  • 80g cherries, stoned and halved
  • 150ml Alpro Soya Original
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 15g almonds, roughly chopped
  • honey, to serve
    METHOD
  • 1 Put half the banana slices into a blender along with 50g of the cherries, Alpro Soya Original and oatmeal. Blend until smooth.

  • 2 Pour the mixture into a shallow serving bowl and top with the reserved cherries and banana slices. Sprinkle over the almonds and drizzle with honey to taste, if using.
