1 Add the apples, cinnamon stick, honey and water to a
saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer for 5 mins or until cooked through, then remove from
heat. Take out and discard the cinnamon stick. Leave to cool
2 Put the apple mixture, along with all the other
ingredients, into a blender and blitz until smooth, then serve.
