Next level Guinness martini

Go all out this St Patrick's Day and celebrate in style with a Guinness martini. Who knew you could whip up a sophisticated cocktail with a simple can of Guinness?

Points to remember:

Serves 2
Add a handful of ice to a jug and add 50ml dark rum, 25ml cold espresso coffee, 25ml vodka, 25ml crème de cacao and 100ml stout. Stir with a long spoon until the outside of the jug feels cold then strain into 2 martini glasses and serve.
