Points to remember:

Guacamole
Finely chop 2 ripe avocados and 1/2 onion and mix together with the juice of 1 lime. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch ground cumin. Mix again before serving.

Salsa
Chop 200g mixed tomatoes (we used a mixture of large tomatoes and cherry tomatoes) and put them in a bowl. Crush 1 clove garlic and finely chop 1/2 green chilli and a handful coriander leaves and add them to the tomatoes. Mix well then season with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil.

Sour cream & chive
Mix 150ml sour cream with a pinch garlic powder, most of a bunch of chives, chopped, and season with salt and pepper. To serve, sprinkle over another pinch garlic powder and a few more chopped chives.
