- 100g Dark muscovado sugar
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 355g plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.step 2
Melt butter, sugar and syrupstep 3
Sieve in dry ingredientsstep 4
Cut the dough into 5mm shapesstep 5
Cook for 9-10 minutesstep 6
Store in airtight container for up to two weeks
