  • 125g butter softened
  • 100 light Brown sugar
  • 1egg lightly beaten
  • 225g self raising flour
  • 100g supermarket white chocolate

    Method

    • step 1

      Pre-heat oven 180 gas mark 4
    • step 2

      Cream butter and sugars until fluffy and pale
    • step 3

      Add beaten egg
    • step 4

      sift in the flour then chop up the chocolate
    • step 5

      Mix until all combined then add in chopped up chocolate pieces
    • step 6

      Using a batter scoop put mixture on to a greased baking tray then put in oven for about eight minutes
