Cupcake Mix
- 90g Castar Sugar
- 90g Self Raising Flower
- 90g Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
- 2 Medium Eggs
Icing
- 90g Castar Sugar
- 90g Self Raising Flower
- 90g Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 250g Icing Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
- Edible Flowers

Method
step 1
Turn oven on to 170 degrees or gass mark 5.step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, butter and vanilla essence into a bowl.step 3
Add the eggs to the mix.step 4
Once mixed, pour mixture into cake tins.step 5
Put in the oven for 15-25 minutes, until golden brown.step 6
Once the cakes are ready, take them out of the oven. Pipe the icing onto the cupcakes and add the flowers.
