  • Unica bul bread leaven ½ tsp

  • chickpea flour + water 30g + 60ml
  • Himalayan fine salt 1 tsp
  • Dry yeast 2 tsp
  • Water 260ml
  • Black bread flour 500g

  • Himalayan fine salt 1 tsp
  • Dry yeast 2 tsp
  • Water 260ml
  • Black bread flour 500g
  • Unica bul ½ tsp

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the proteins (or chickpea flour + water), oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and milk in a bowl and mix well.
    • step 2

      Pour this mixture into the form of a bread machine.
    • step 3

      Add the flour and sprinkle the yeast on top.
    • step 4

      Switch on the bread machine to a gluten-free program or a normal program.
