  • 75g crushed digestives
  • 20g melted butter
  • 160g chocolate philadelphia
  • 180g double cream
  • 20g icing sugar
  • 1 fudge bar chopped
  • 1 flake bar

    Method

    • step 1

      melt butter add crushed biscuits, press into greased tin
    • step 2

      whisk philly,cream+icing sugar till thick, add chopped fudge bar,
    • step 3

      pour onto biscuit base+chill, crumble flake over cheesecake before serving
