- basil - 1-2 cups
- watercress - 1-2 cups
- olive oil - 125ml
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- 4 fat garlic cloves
- nutritional yeast
- 4 oz / 0,5 cups roasted pine nuts
Method

To roast the pine-nuts - lie them on greaseproof paper and place in pre-heated oven (220ºC) and roast for 2 mins 30 seconds, remove, shake, replace in oven for another minute until nice and brownstep 2
1 Put all ingredients except the nutritional yeast in blender - switch on - start gently and increase speed - occastionally, gently push ingredients down if necessarystep 3
Add 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (or to taste) Makes enough for pasta for 4
