- 70 grams of plain flour
- 70 grams of wholemeal flour
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1/2 a tsp salt
- 50 - 70 mls water
Method
step 1
add all the dry ingredients into a food processor or bowlstep 2
add the oilstep 3
slowly whilst mixing add the water until mix comes togetherstep 4
gently knead dough then leave to rest for 10 minutes. whilst resting heat a frying pan on a high heatstep 5
divide dough into 6 pieces and roll out. turn heat down to medium high and add chappatis one at a time cook for 1 minute each side or until it starts to bubble up
