  • 1 Lime, zest and juice

    Method

    • step 1

      Make a bechamel sauce, adding the crab meat, lime and a good amount of black pepper.
    • step 2

      Stir until the mixture is dipping consistency.
    • step 3

      Spoon into ramekins and add a squeeze of lime to finish.
    • step 4

      Serve with crudites
