- 75g soft brown sugar
- 75g soft butter/margarine
- 100g chocolate drops/chunks
- 150g self raising flour
- 1 egg
Method

Pre heat oven to gas Mark 4step 2
Cream marg/butter using hand held electric mixer. Beat in egg.step 3
Stir in flour and chocolate. Place in small spoonfuls on greased/lined baking tray.step 4
Bake for 10 to 15 mins
