- 2 heads garlic

Method

Peel and chop garlic.step 2
Cut tomatoes into wedges and seed.step 3
Put tomatoes and garlic into blender, season and puree.step 4
Pour the tomato-garlic paste into the jar, cover the jar with airtight lid and put it into fridge.step 5
Can be eaten straight away, but keeps in the fridge for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
