  • 225g of plain flour
  • 85g castor sugar
  • 170g butter

    Method

    • step 1

      Mix flour and sugar in a bowl, then rub in the butter
    • step 2

      Knead well to form a smooth paste
    • step 3

      Roll out and then cut into fingers, or desired shape, and bake in a pre heated oven (gas 3-4/325-350f) for 20-25minutes
