  • 1 kg. Pork tenderloin in strips
  • Pepper sliced thin
  • Onion sliced thin
  • 2 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tsp. chilly powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • Soy Sauce
  • Cornflour

    Method

    • step 1

      Mix Pork, onion, pepper, garlic and Soy sauce. Place in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
    • step 2

      Stir fry Pork mix. Add water and thicken. Serve with Rice or Noodles
