Bread and Butter Pudding

- 6 slices of white bread
- 1 pint of milk
- 2tbsp of birds custard powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- mixed fruit
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Method
step 1
To start cut all the crusts of the bread then butter and cut into trianglesstep 2
sprinkle bread with the mixed fruitstep 3
into a jug mix the custard powder ,sugar and a little of the milk togetherstep 4
Pour the rest of the milk into a pan and stir till boilingstep 5
When the milk is boiling pour the custard mix into it and whisk till thickstep 6
Pour custard over bread and fruit then sprinkle with the nutmegstep 7
place into a 180c oven for 10-20 minutes or until brown
