  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Half Red Onion
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar

    Method

    • step 1

      Grate the zucchini and the carrot, chop the cucumber and slice the red onion.
    • step 2

      Put all together in a bowl then add some extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Mix it up!
