- 4 Potatoes
- 500g Mince
- 1 Large Carrot
- 1 White Onion
- Table Spoon Tomato Puree
- Healthy Splash Red Wine (approx small glass measure)
- Thyme
- 1 Tine Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 close garlic
- 300ml beef stock
Method
step 1
Preheat oven to 200/Gas 6step 2
Dice onion and carrotsstep 3
Brown mince and cook carrots and onions togetherstep 4
Add the chopped tomatoes, puree, wine, garlic, beef stock and thyme, simmer for 30 mins stirring occasionallystep 5
Whilst that is cooking, boil the potatoes. Then mash (butter and milk optional)step 6
Add mince etc into a dish, spread mash evenly across the topstep 7
Cook for approx 30 mins until slightly potato is slightly crispy
