- 100g caster sugar
- 100g softened butter
- 2 eggs
- dash of vanilla extract
buttercream icing

- 100g butter
- dash of vanilla extract
- any coulouring
- sprinkles
- optional piping bag and nozzle
Method
step 1
weigh out all ingrediants and wash your handsstep 2
then preheat the oven to 160 degrees celciusstep 3
mix together all of your ingrediants untill full with air bubblesstep 4
pour evenly into 12 cupcake cases in a bun tinstep 5
cook for 20 minuites. chech they are cooked by putting a fork in thr cake if its clea its donestep 6
leave to cool for 30 minuitesstep 7
mix together your icing sugar and butter untill smoothstep 8
add your vanilla extract and colouringstep 9
decorate using a piping bag or with a spatulastep 10
decorate with sprinkes ect
