cupcake mix

  • 100g self raising flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100g softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of vanilla extract

buttercream icing

  • 100g self raising flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100g softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 100g butter
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • any coulouring
  • sprinkles
  • optional piping bag and nozzle

    Method

    • step 1

      weigh out all ingrediants and wash your hands
    • step 2

      then preheat the oven to 160 degrees celcius
    • step 3

      mix together all of your ingrediants untill full with air bubbles
    • step 4

      pour evenly into 12 cupcake cases in a bun tin
    • step 5

      cook for 20 minuites. chech they are cooked by putting a fork in thr cake if its clea its done
    • step 6

      leave to cool for 30 minuites
    • step 7

      mix together your icing sugar and butter untill smooth
    • step 8

      add your vanilla extract and colouring
    • step 9

      decorate using a piping bag or with a spatula
    • step 10

      decorate with sprinkes ect
