  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red pepper
  • Mixed leaves, to taste
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 400g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 garlic clove, finely crushed

    Method

    • step 1

      Chop the onion, tomatoes, pepper and avocado. Mix well in a large bowl with the mixed leaves and the tuna.
    • step 2

      Dice the chicken, rub with the olive oil and garam masala. Add the chillies and garlic before cooking for five minutes or until tender.
    • step 3

      Mix it all together, season and serve.
