  • 1 cauliflower head - cut to 1/2 inch pieces
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch salt

    Method

      Mix together all ingredients.

      Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) 2-3 hours, or until slightly crispy.
