  • Plain flour 150g
  • Sugar 75g
  • Butter 100g
  • 1 egg yolk

    Method

    • step 1

      Mix all ingredients in the mixer until a dough is formed
    • step 2

      Kneed lightly and form two sausages
    • step 3

      Wrap in clingfilm and put in fridge for 45 minutes
    • step 4

      Cut into pound coin size disks
    • step 5

      Cook at 180 for 20 minutes
