- 5 Garlic Cloves (diced)
- 3 Spring Onions (sliced)
- 2 Carrots, sliced into thin lengths
- Sugar Snaps (100g)
- Brown Sugar (2 tbsp)
- Soy Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Egg Noodles (250g)
Method
step 1
Fry garlic and spring onions togaether, before adding carrots and sugar snapsstep 2
Stir for a few minutes, then add soy sauce and sugar and stir again until mixedstep 3
Add noodles and stir until cooked and flavours have blended
