- 65g brown rice
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 small button mushrooms
Method

Cook rice in a microwavable bowl for around 20 minutes, checking water levels regularly.step 2
Meanwhile, slice the banana and mushroom (can then be cooked if desired).step 3
Immediately on removing the cooked rice from the microwave, add in the mushrooms and banana and mix together. This will take the edge off the raw mushrooms. Serve and enjoy!
