  • Butter 200g
  • Icing sugar 300g
  • Any colours or flavouring that are wanted

    Method

    • step 1

      Soften butter with an electrical whisk
    • step 2

      Add sieved icing sugar in small quantities and mix in roughly with a spoon to prevent dust and repeat
    • step 3

      Use the electrical whisk to mix thoroughly and then add flavourings and colours if desired
