- Icing sugar 300g
- Any colours or flavouring that are wanted
Method
step 1
Soften butter with an electrical whiskstep 2
Add sieved icing sugar in small quantities and mix in roughly with a spoon to prevent dust and repeatstep 3
Use the electrical whisk to mix thoroughly and then add flavourings and colours if desired
