  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen fig
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1tbs chia seeds
  • 1tbs linseed
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon powder

    Method

    • step 1

      Add all ingredients to a blender and wait 15 minutes for the fruit to soften and the chia seeds to absorb some of the moisture. Blend together and enjoy!
