  • 200g pureed ginger
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 500ml filtered water
  • 2 small red chillis

    Method

    • step 1

      Combine all ingredients in a food processor, Nutri bullet or smoothie maker. Pour into a sterilised bottle and seal for up to five days. Mix with any desired beverages for a spicy refreshing twist. I like to serve mine with sparkling mineral water, fresh mint and a squeeze of lime.
